How does game rental work?

Choose a game from our selection and then proceed to payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with details on how to pick up your game. Rentals are for 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday. Return the game the following Saturday.

Is there a deposit to pay when renting games?

No, a pre-authorization via PayPal is made at the time of booking, but no amount will be charged unless the game is damaged or not returned.

How do I retrieve my game or order?

📍 Pick-up point : Available every Saturday from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

🚚 Local Delivery : Available based on your address and if your cart contains at least 3 items. Check our delivery zone map to see if you're eligible. Deliveries are usually made on Saturdays between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. We'll contact you to confirm if the time is convenient or to choose a delivery that better suits your availability.

Can I return an accessory if I am not satisfied?

Yes! If an accessory does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days after receipt to return it, provided it is in its original condition and unused.

What if I want to use different shipping methods for certain items?

Customizable products cannot be picked up in store or shipped to your local store. To save money, if you have a mix of customizable and non-customizable items in your cart, place two separate orders. An order with customizable items will be subject to shipping fees, and an order with games and other accessories will be eligible for free in-store pickup.
