💡 Whether you are a lender, renter or accessory buyer, find here all the options to drop off, pick up or receive your games and accessories with ease!

🚚 Available options:

✔️ 📦 Drop-off and pick-up at the Kay Ludo office

  • Bring or collect your games and accessories directly from our main drop-off point.

✔️ 🚀 Home Pickup & Delivery (for local area)

  • Lenders: We come and collect your games from you to put them into circulation.
  • Renters: Have your rented games delivered for $5.
  • Accessory Buyers: Delivery of your accessories is available for $5.

✔️ 🏠 Other partner drop-off points (Coming soon!)

  • Strategic locations to facilitate the exchange of games and accessories near you.

📌 How does it work?

🎲 For tenants

1️⃣ Book a game online and select your recovery method.
2️⃣ Choose a drop-off point or opt for home delivery:

  • 📦 Free pick-up at the Kay Ludo office.
  • 🚚 Home delivery: $5 (within local area).
    3️⃣ Play and enjoy! At the end of your rental period, return the game to the agreed drop-off point or wait for pickup.

📦 For lenders

1️⃣ Receive a rental request and choose how to deliver your game.
2️⃣ Bring it to a drop-off point or take advantage of free home pickup if available.
3️⃣ Receive your game back once the rental is complete, either at the drop-off point or via home delivery.

🛒 For accessory buyers

1️⃣ Order your accessories online and select your delivery method.
2️⃣ Choose a drop-off point or opt for home delivery:

  • 📦 Free pick-up at the Kay Ludo office.
  • 🚚 Home delivery: $5 (within local area).
  • 🚚 Flat rate shipping: Flat rate shipping for customizable items.
  • 🚚 Out-of-area delivery: outside the local area, variable rate which will be indicated at checkout.
